Eric Clarke and Glen Duringer, Principals with REO Consultants, have more than 50 years of combined experience with all aspects of residential and commercial projects, including acquisition, development, design, entitlement, construction, and marketing.
Prior to starting his own land use consulting and land development business in 2005, Eric Clarke worked for nine years for CamWest Development, a private land development and home construction company. Eric’s responsibilities at CamWest covered the entire spectrum of the real estate development process, from land acquisition and feasibility studies all the way through home construction, customer service, and managing the post-sale warranty process. Eric is also a Department of Ecology Registered Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL).
After several years of working in the field of Architecture for NBBJ Architects in their Seattle and San Francisco offices, Glen Duringer has owned and operated his own design/build construction companies for the past seventeen years. Glen has combined his architectural and construction management education with his years of practical experience to successfully provide his clientele with services in all aspects of residential and commercial projects, including land acquisition, permitting, site development, building design, specification and working drawing production, construction management, and general contracting services.
